I offer a free 20 minute phone consultation to all prospective clients.
Counselling sessions are 60 minutes in length (50 minutes for counselling and 10 minutes for writing clinic notes).
Sessions cost 160 CAD with sliding scale available.
Payments are accepted by credit card or Interac e-transfer, with a receipt provided for all sessions.
Services provided by Registered Psychotherapists are covered by many insurance providers; however, at this time I do not bill insurance companies directly. You can show the receipts provided for reimbursement.
Please provide 24 hours notice to cancel or rebook your appointment. You will be charged full session fee for cancelling within 24 hours; the full session fee for a missed appointments.
